How to Group Your Artwork into Collections

Arrange/Organize/Set up Collections

To organize your artwork into groups such as Wildlife and Figurative or Oil and Watercolor, set up what we call Collections.  Following is how to add collections, assign artwork to your collections and display the collections on your website.

When you decide to use collections, all work needs to be assigned to a collection in order to be displayed live on your site. A piece that is not assigned to a collection will not show.

Here are 2 options to show your Collections:

I) Group your Collections under one Works category on your Navigation Bar/Site Menu, such as on these sites:

TimMarsh-Nature2Nature.com
LaurieKersey.com
EllenBradshaw.com

or

II) List your Collections as separate categories on your Navigation Bar, like these artists:

BSwayzeStudios.com
PeggyGuichu.com
MichelleLeivan.com

You can rename your categories, using a term such as Paintings, Artwork, or Portfolio instead of Works.

Please note: our clients can change their websites any time without our knowing, so samples may not always be up to date.

  • click Artwork icon - upper row
