How do I set up and check a FASO domain email account?

Below are the steps to set up a FASO email account.

A Domain Email Account - aka personalized email, branded email, FASO email - is an email address attached to a domain name - with your domain name after the @ symbol in the email address, like you@YourDomain.com.

The number of email accounts included per plan are:

  • Intro - 1 email account
  • Silver - 1 email account
  • Gold - 2 email accounts
  • Platinum - 3 email accounts

NOTE: You need to be a paying client in order to set up an email account.

To set up the email account:

  • login to FASO account Control Panel
  • click Email - envelope icon in upper row for Your FASO Email accounts
  • click Click here to set up a NEW Personalized Email Account
  • click on your domain name
  • agree to the terms
  • follow the prompts

Password Requirements

  1. Must be at least 8 characters long
  2. Must contain 3+ of the following:
  • Uppercase letter
  • Lowercase letter
  • Number
  • Special character or space

Make a record of your email account password. We can't see it, also it may be different from your Control Panel login password.

  • login to your FASO account Control Panel
  • click on the envelope 'Email' icon (upper row, just left of center) 
  • click the login link to the right of the email address.


Set up the email account on your computer or mobile device. 

  • from FASO control panel
  • click Email icon - envelope in upper row, just left of center
  • Click Set Up Your Favorite Mail Program or Device with FASO Mail

  • login to FASO account Control Panel
  • click Email icon - envelope in upper row, just left of center
  • click Log In to this email account, enter Password
  • click the hamburger Menu Bar icon - 3 horizontal lines, upper right corner, to right of email address
  • click Settings
  • click Incoming Email - on left
  • click the Forwarding tab
  • turn status ON - select the circle
  • enter your other email address in the Forward to field
  • in the Forward To field, enter your other email address - separate multiple email addresses with a comma or semicolon.
  • check the box for Save a copy of forwarded email  - this ensures you have a backup
  • click Save
