How do I upload and edit non-art images?

In the upper row of your control panel, you will see 2 separate folders for images.

  • Artwork
  • Images

NOTE: Every image you upload will go into one of these 2 folders no matter where they are used on your site.


To upload non-art images to the Images folder:

  • from FASO Control Panel
  • click on Images icon (upper row)
  • click Add a New Non-Art Image
  • follow the prompts
  • click Next
  • click Continue

To edit an image in Images folder:

  • from FASO Control Panel
  • click on Images icon (upper row)
  • click on the image or the word Edit to open editing screen

You can now:

  • edit Image Name
    It is helpful if you add a descriptive title to the Image Name field.
    This field does not show on the website. The Image Name is for your reference only and enables you to locate the file.
  • choose to Exclude From Watermarking
  • click on Edit this Image  (to the right of the image)

Be sure to 

  • Save Changes

To move image(s) from Images folder to Artwork Portfolio:

  • from FASO Control Panel:
  • click on Images icon (upper row)
  • click on the image or the word Edit to open editing screen
  • click on Move this image into your artwork portfolio
