Oops, I marked a message in my message log as spam. How do I correct this?

Learn how to unmark a message as spam in your message log.

  • from FASO control panel
  • click small envelope icon (top right corner
    or click Contact the Artist  (left menu bar), then click Message Log
  • click Spam (top left of  page)
    (you will see all messages that have been marked as spam)
  • click on the message in question (to open it)
  • click on Not Spam (below message content)
