• From Apple Mail, click on Accounts under Mail
• Click to Add Other Account (Main Account)
• Add your name, email address and password - Sign in
• Add email address, username (which is your whole email address), password, account
• type (IMAP), incoming and outgoing Mail Server (secure.emailsrvr.com)
• Double check all info is still added after you add it
• Done

Important: 

• Be sure to use the whole email address as username and put the password everywhere it is asked, even if it says optional.
• Double check ALL spelling
