Post your policy on your site as well as at any venue where you sell your work - anywhere that one can buy your art.  Make it easy to find & read. It can say "All Sales are Final," "See Terms & Policies" (and have a custom page on your site menu) - whatever works for you.

***Likely exceptions: Galleries or a store with your art; ask about their return policy.
