Remove or Add a Newsletter to the Newsletter Archive

Read Past Issues

Using Artful Mail, your Sent Newsletters are automatically added to your newsletter archives. All archived newsletters will display on your website when someone clicks on Read Past Issues (unless you choose otherwise, using steps below).

Read Past Issues is found on the subscribe page when Email Newsletter is added as a category to your Navigation bar. Read Past Issues does not display on the Email Newsletter Widget.


Remove a Sent Newsletter from Public Archive

  • From FASO Control Panel
  • Click dragonfly/Newsletter icon (upper row)
  • Click Sent (left column)
  • Click Edit (to the right of newsletter title)
  • For Public Archive field, select No
  • Click Save Changes

Add Sent Newsletter to Public Archive

If a Sent Newsletter is not showing in the archives, here are the steps to correct the setting.

  • From FASO account Control Panel
  • Click dragonfly/Newsletter icon (upper row)
  • Click Sent (left column)
  • Click Edit (far right column)
  • For Public Archive select Yes
  • Click Save Changes
