Here are the 2 most common reasons why this happens.

1. Your free trial expired.

In order to keep your account and your website, you need to add your billing information and select a plan.

If you do not enter any billing info, your account is automatically canceled at the end of your free trial.

2. If your email account is blocked and we can't determine a reason for the block, plus we have no phone number on file to call, our Billing Department cancels the account. 

Why? Because this is often the sign of a spammer. 

If it was just an innocent typo on your part, we'll happily reactivate the account.
