There are several ways to get information and support:


Open a Support Ticket

The Support Team works on answering Support Ticket during the following hours:

  • Monday-Friday 7am-5pm Pacific Time (9-7 Central Time)
  • Saturday-Sunday 8am-2pm Pacific Time (10-4 Central Time)

Opening a Support Ticket will contact Tech Support immediately.

To open a support ticket via your FASO account control panel:

  • Login to your FASO Control Panel
  • Click Help (top left)

  • Click CONTACT (upper right)
  • Click Open a New Support Request

View Support Tickets for Review

  • Login to your FASO Control Panel
  • Click Help icon (top left)


  • Click CONTACT (upper right)
  • Below Open a New Support Request click View Past Tickets

  • Click View Ticket to the right of a ticket

To find your account number:

  • Login to your FASO Control Panel
  • Click Help (top left)
  • Click CONTACT (upper right)

Account number is in upper right corner.

Chat availability hours:
Monday-Friday 7am- 4pm Pacific Time (9am - 6pm Central Time)
Sorry, no Chat support on weekends.

  • Login to your FASO Control Panel
  • Click on the chat bubble (lower right)
    NOTE: The Chat button will only display during the hours noted above.

  • Click on New Conversation button

  • Or click on an existing chat to add a comment or question
  • Type in your text
  • Hit the arrow icon on right or click Enter/Return on your keyboard

Chat is not available on weekends.

Phone Support

Phone Support is available to paying Gold and Platinum membership plans by setting up an appointment. 

Set up the appointment and we will call you!

Phone support is available during the following weekday hours:
Monday-Friday 10am-4:30 Central Time.
Our apologies, there is no phone support on weekends.

To make an appointment to schedule a call:

  • Login to your FASO Control Panel
  • Click Help (top left)
  • Click CONTACT (upper right)
  • Click Schedule a Support Call button

Follow the prompts.
Be sure to click the Confirm button after filling in the forms.

After confirmation you have the option to add the appointment to your Google Calendar or your iCal/Outlook Calendar.

The appointment details will be sent to the email address you added to the form. The email offers a Reschedule option and a Cancel option.

    10am-4pm CST (8am-2pm PST)

Chat Support:

  • Monday-Friday 
    9am-6pm CST (7am-4pm PST)

  • Monday-Friday 
    10am-4:30pm CST (8am-2:30pm PST)
