iPads running iOS 5.0 or earlier do not support in-browser uploads. This is a limitation of earlier iOS versions.
If you have an older iPad running iOS 5 or earlier, you need to visit the App Store to obtain the free FASO app to upload your images.
If you're using iOS 6 or later, upload images via the regular control panel from your iPad.
