The Instructor field in the Workshops editor is populated by the system and will always show the name on your account. It cannot be altered.

This field is necessary to connect the Workshops category to your account. 

It does not display or affect anything on the website view.

If you are featuring workshops from instructors other than yourself, you can add the name of the workshop and include the instructor's name in the title line as per this example.
