JotForm

General Set Up Info

Jotform is a powerful online application that allows anyone to quickly create custom online forms. Its intuitive drag-and-drop user interface makes form building incredibly simple, and doesn’t require you to write a single line of code. Using Jotform, you can create and publish forms, integrate them into your site, and receive responses by email.

For assistance in how to use jotform see the Jotform User Guides.

Jotform has many ecommerce options available including PayPal if you wish to offer a Jotform form that collects payments. The payment would be processed via Jotform, not FASO.

Once you have set up your desired form in Jotform, you can obtain the iFrame code so that the form can be embed into your FASO website.
