Use Custom Code Injection

One way to integrate an off-site newsletter provider with your FASO site is to get the code from them, whether Constant Contact, MailChimp, Privy or another.

Add the code to your account using the steps in this FAQ:
Using Custom Code - Code Injection.

Newsletter Signup Pop-Up

You can add a newsletter signup pop-up such as Nancy Paris Pruden uses.

When you click on the button, the form pops up.

Here's how:

  • First, copy the code given to you by your newsletter resource.

  • login to FASO account Control Panel
  • click gear icon (upper right)
  • click Account Settings
  • click Marketing Integrations (below Website Settings)
  • click (even if you are using Privy or another service):

MailChimp Embedded Signup Form
MailChimp Subscriber pop-up

  • paste the code in the text box
  • click Save Changes

Site Examples

Constant Contact:

FASO client, Lady Jill, has a Join My Mailing List button below her main page image.

An example of an artist using MailChimp is Helen Utsall

She has added MailChimp code using the Pages category. When someone subscribes, the subscriber is automatically added to her MailChimp list.
