When a subscriber unsubscribes from your newsletter, the subscriber will not show up in your Unsubscribe List until your next newsletter is sent. 

To make the subscriber show up in your Unsubscribe list (prior to your next newsletter being sent) do the following:

• from FASO control panel
• click on Newsletter icon (upper row)
• click on Subscribers (left column)
• click on View inactive subscribers (upper right)

• click on Advanced List Maintenance Functions
• click on Click here to resync your mailing list
