If an uploaded image was rotated using orientation metadata, it may not display correctly in the Print Shop.

Example:  a wide landscape image captured using the vertical orientation is displaying vertically and is cropped in the middle in the Print Shop.

When you rotate the image, it is best to export it and save it as a new image. Then upload the new image to your control panel. 

Or create the image in the correct orientation by using image editing software or app.
