To stop an auto renewing ad:
- Log in to the Control Panel
- Click Ads at the top
- Click Your Ads
- Click Edit for the ad
- Select No for the autorenewal option
- Save Changes
- Submit the Ad
It will then be in review and the ad department will complete the process.
It is best not to delete an ad because we won't be able to send you statistics on how it performed.
