PayPal:
- Log in to PayPal
- Click Activity
- Click All Transactions
- Under Transaction Type, click Payments Received
- Find the transaction
- Under Actions for that transaction, click Refund
Stripe:
- Log in to Stripe
- Click Payments at the top
- Click the 3 dots to the far right of the payment
- Click Refund Payment
