Email Account Shows Sending from a Different Email

Does it look like your email is sending from a different email than from your domain email account ([email protected]. In this example, [email protected])?

This is most likely due to the Identity setting in your email account. To correct this:

  • login to webmail account
  • click the hamburger icon (3 bars) to the right of your email address (upper right corner) 
  • click Settings
  • Composing Email 
  • Identities
  • Default
  • Edit
  • Save
