Contest Rule #11 states the following: 

If your artwork wins an award in our artwork contest, it will not be eligible to win in subsequent months.
(You'll have to create another winner. . . we believe you can!)
Note - being in the FAV15% does not count as winning an award.

To maintain the integrity and fairness of the contest for all participants, we strictly follow this policy.

If your amazing art receives a Finalist award, it is not eligible to receive an award in a future contest.

As outlined in the contest terms (which all participants agree to upon entry) awards cannot be declined or altered once they have been confirmed. The contest results serve as a permanent record, similar to a printed catalog, and are intended to remain unchanged after the contest winners have been announced.
