There are multiple ways to obtain the url for any hidden collection you create. This document will walk you through 2 different methods that can be used.

From the Edit Navigation Bar Screen

• FASO control panel
• click Edit Navigation Bar (or Navigation Menu)
• under Menu Item Options (left column) click on the down arrow for Artwork

• click on your hidden collection
  *that will move the hidden collection into the Menu Structure (right column)
• click down arrow to view url
• copy the url to share with selected individuals
  in this example, the url is
  http://www.jsorolla.com/collections/153332
• exit Edit Navigation Bar without saving changes OR click Remove below the collection

In the Collection Itself

• from FASO control panel
• click Artwork icon
• click Add/Edit Collections
• click on Edit to the right of the collection
• copy the collection number from the url

• add it as follows to the website url:
  mydomainname.com/collections/153332
  in this example, the url is
  http://www.jsorolla.com/collections/153332
• copy the url and share with selected individuals
