Phone support is available during the following weekday hours:
Monday-Friday 10am-4:30 Central Time.
Our apologies, there is no phone support on weekends.
To make the appointment to schedule your call:
- Login to your FASO Control Panel
- Click Help (top left)
- Click CONTACT (upper right)
- Click Schedule a Support Call button
Follow the prompts.
Be sure to click the Confirm button after filling in the forms.
After confirmation you have the option to add the appointment to your Google Calendar or your iCal/Outlook Calendar.
The appointment details will be sent to the email address you added to the form. The email offers a Reschedule option and a Cancel option.
NOTE: If the calls from us are going directly to Voicemail and you use an iPhone, you probably have a setting enabled that sends Unknown callers straight to VM.
If that is the case here are the steps to change the setting:
- from Home screen
- choose Settings
- scroll down
- choose Phone
- turn off Silence Unknown Callers
If you are not a Gold or Platinum Member and would like to request a call, go to faso.com, click on the Chat bubble, type in your request for a call. Be sure to include your phone number and the reason for your request.
