The POD service that FASO offers is only available for USA based artists. 

USA based FASO artists can ship POD orders to the continental USA as well as to Canada and Mexico.

To ship to Canada and Mexico, contact support and request us to enable the setting that will allow you to do so.

Once enabled, your buyer will select their country on the Print Order screen by clicking on Ship to United States to access the drop down options.
